Another tortuous night. My Apple Watch tells me I had 3 hours and 50 mins sleep. I felt like I didn’t sleep at all, so there ya go. Sometimes we sleep more than we think.
Another tortuous night. My Apple Watch tells me I had 3 hours and 50 mins sleep. I felt like I didn’t sleep at all, so there ya go. Sometimes we sleep more than we think.
Still, just under four hours isn’t enough to restore our bodies and heal all the disrupted cells. I use a mediatation app so that I get deep sleep for about a hour and then the rest of the time matters less. Does the apple watch say how much deep sleep you get?
